Miss Addison was very proud of the fireflies she caught this evening before bed! We put them in a jar and let her watch them as she drifted off to sleep. I can't believe my little girl will be two on Wednesday! Where has the time gone?

She’s got it all!
Addison ‘s first pony ride, June 9, 2010. We saddled up good ol’ Charlie, who was as gentle as could be. Addison could hardly contain her excitement, she was all giggles, something she always does when she’s happy or excited. She wasn’t the least bit intimidated by Charlie’s big size. She even rewarded Charlie with grass after the ride. It took all her strength to pull up the tall grass, but with a few pretty good grunts she got a blade or two at a time at gave them to Charlie. We all had a fabulous evening!

Our Little Bookworm
This morning while I was straighting up the kitchen, Addison went down the hall. I could hear her playing for a few minutes and then heard nothing. I called to her and got no response, so I thought I had better go investigate. Here is where I found her, on our bed, reading to her baby doll.
